No deposit gets you into your first home sooner with No Deposit First Homes.

With many homebuyers struggling to come up with the hefty deposit required to secure a home loan, it is becoming increasingly difficult to get into a new home.

Many lenders now require up to a 10% deposit, which can be out of reach for homebuyers looking at an average home and land package of around $400,000.

That’s why No Deposit First Homes has come up with a genuine “No Deposit” solution, where homebuyers pay absolutely nothing upfront as a deposit on a home and land package.

No Deposit First Homes have said that they have recognised the struggles that first homebuyers face when it comes to buying a home and wanted to come up with a positive solution.

Saving for a home deposit can be difficult for a variety of reasons. If you’re renting, it can be hard to have any money left over after paying your rent and bills for the month. Or, if a homebuyer has just transitioned from studying full time into full time employment, they probably would not have been able to save the significant amount usually required for a home loan during their study period.

This is the perfect opportunity for people in these situations to get into a new home sooner, without having to spend six months or more saving enough money for a deposit.

With the housing market showing positive signs, it’s a great opportunity to get into a new home and with this brand new, exclusive offer, it’s never been a better time to do so.

The team at No Deposit First Homes are focussed on helping Australian’s escape the rent cycle and own a brand new home of their own, so we are constantly working to come up with new ideas and solutions to make it easier to do that.

No Deposit First Homes have waived the deposit on their range of homes. These homes offer a combination of great lifestyle features including some with alfresco areas, so no matter what your lifestyle or budget, there is a home design to suit.

We understand how hard it can be to save for a deposit, and that’s why we wanted to develop a low savings product to take the stress out of saving to purchase a home. Buying a new home is very exciting, but it’s also one of the biggest commitments a family can ever make, so we wanted to make the process faster and less stressful by offering this kind of product.

At No Deposit First Home we are a dedicated team and can create a home and land package that’s just right for your lifestyle. It’s the one stop shop that was created at No Deposit First Homes to ensure clients get the best service when it comes to buying a home.

There are three vital steps in the process of home ownership and it’s important that they’re completed in the correct order. Many people choose their house design first, only to discover they can’t afford the home they have fallen in love with or it doesn’t fit on the block of land they’ve chosen. This often results in disappointment, and more importantly, unexpected costs for you.

No Deposit First Homes are continuing to help Australians get into their own home and our experienced Home and Land Specialists are happy to guide you through the process.
